This stunning 46-story structural steel-framed office tower was designed to make a bold statement in the city\u2019s skyline while incorporating a blend of modern engineering and historical preservation.<\/p><p>A distinctive architectural feature of the tower is its curved cladding, which gracefully wraps around all four exterior walls, creating a fluid and contemporary aesthetic. The building&#8217;s design also honors the site&#8217;s history by integrating the heritage masonry of the original six-story building that stood on the location for over 70 years.<\/p><p>The expertise of PCL\u2019s in-house building envelope specialists was key to the project\u2019s success, ensuring that the complex design was both feasible and practical. Their innovation and meticulous attention to detail resulted in a remarkable structure that balances functionality with visual impact.<\/p><p>This project reflects the vision of Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited and demonstrates how cutting-edge modern architecture can harmoniously coexist with the rich heritage of the past, setting a new benchmark for office towers in
